Grace is super sweet and loving!

She loves to give her brothers hugs and kisses, 

but doesn't mind wrestling with them and playing cars with them. 

She still hums when you sing her to sleep

Loves baby dolls right now! Says bob-bee for baby.

Sleeps with her baby doll, carries it around and pushes it in the stroller 

(the one that Daddy went to the store and got her).

Is into everything, but listens pretty good when you tell her something.

She loves to have her shoes on and will bring them to you to put on her feet.

She will take her backpack to the car and get in the car. 

We love her to pieces!

James ... "P.K." ... James likes to try to spell his name like John does, but he's still not sure how to spell his name.

Nothing ... 2

Yellow ("Yewow")

What do you want to be when you grow up?
"I no know" ... then said "a dad" when John prompted him.

What is your favorite sport?
Basketball and Soccer

What activities do you like to play?
Play basketball

Stroller (when Mommy pushes him in the stroller)

Grace is the only one I could get to pose for a Charly Bear picture this month and I was also behind a month on getting the picture.

She is as happy and busy as ever!

Climbs up and down the stairs and will find you wherever you may be in the house.

She does not like wearing bows, even if her hair is in her eyes.

She looks like a little girl.

Is in 2T clothes.

Eats a lot, but really likes bread and has become a little more picky.

Carries her water around almost everywhere. 

She has no trouble telling you what she wants.

She has started throwing some fits...laying on the ground and scooting backwards.

Loves to go on walks. Will sit in her stroller after dinner, so we can all go on a walk.

Loves to go outside. Will walk right out the backdoor when it is open.

Loves to climb on chairs and sit down. 

Likes to hold glow sticks or her water when she goes to bed.

Still sleeps great.

Got her new shoes and if she doesn't have them on she will go get them, sit down in front of you and grunt for you to put them on her feet.

She likes to go "vroom" with the boys cars.

Will say "Momma" or "Mommy" when looking for me.

She has a strong attachment for Mommy!

We love our sweet girl!

Hubby and Wife Trip (July 2016): Indianapolis, Indianan and Louisville, Kentucky

We took a fun trip to Indianapolis and Louisville mid-July while Nanny and Bubba took care of the kids. Jay planned the entire trip and we had a wonderful time! In Indianapolis we did a segway tour of the city, visited the Civil War Tower, the Capital building, went to a fancy dinner, and then to a comedy show. On the way to Louisville we stopped at the Indianapolis 500 museum, then went on an underground zip-lining cave tour. We also visited the Louisville Slugger Museum, did a bourbon tour at Evan Williams, and then went to the Churchill Downs Museum.

Party Time

We had a joint party for John and Grace. John wanted a sports theme party with all the sports. We did a "Little Miss Sunshine" party for Grace. We had lots of family join in the fun! We love celebrating our kiddos and thankful for the family that was able to join in on the party. We did small sandwiches, chips, fruit, and cupcakes. The kids all had a wonderful time!

How did our baby become 1?!!

She walks everywhere, especially to keep up with her brothers!

She loves to play with her brothers, but they don't like when she get into their toys.

Likes to wrestle, lay on the floor and be tickled, and be chased. 

She likes to pull things out of my party goods cabinet.

She also likes to get the kids cups out of the pantry.

Any time I'm in the pantry or the pantry door is open, she wants a snack.

Loves waffles and bananas. 

Is a great eater and sleeper. 

She has 12 teeth (4 bottom, 4 top, first set of molars)

We love our fun, loving, happy girl!
